Once the various categories proposed several candidates proposed for them, and once done, you have the most frequently mentioned. Then make up a voting form which lists the three most votes in each category (and in some cases up to four nominees parity). The last resort is a favorite choice within each triplet, of course the most votes will be the winners in each category. Categories
