Fedecámaras argues that workers are partners and strategic allies of the entrepreneurs
Fedecámaras President, Noel Alvarez, along with other union representatives, marched in the call for workers to Avenida Libertador. They noted that employers have been integrated in recent years with the working class through the respect and dialogue.
"Workers are partners and strategic allies of employers and workers are also entrepreneurs, today we come to present a respectful greeting to the workers," said Alvarez told Union Radio. He said the dialogue aimed at improving the needs employees.
